warm bath and pregnancy.?
I'm wondering if I can take a warm bath, I know hot is out the window but I have horrible charlie horses and back pain and I just want a nice warm bath. I have a temperature tester for the baby so I'm wondering if I throw that in and it checks out ok is that a safe temperature? Any advice would be wonderful..
yeah its perfectly safe to go by the temp on the baby water thermometer. Just make sure not to be in the bath longer than a half hour. Thats what I've always been told.If I take a bath to use the baby thermometers to check the right temp of the water and no longer than a half hour. Make sure to throw some bubbles in there too,thats a must =)
