What is the structure of this poem? Iambic?

An Appeal to Cats in the Business of Love
Ye cats that at midnight spit love at each other,
Who best feel the pangs of a passionate lover,
I appeal to your scratches and your tattered fur,
If the business of Love be no more than to purr.
Old Lady Grimalkin with her gooseberry eyes ,
Knew something when a kitten, for why she is wise;
You find by experience, the love-fit’s soon o’er,
Puss! Puss! Lasts not long, but turns to Cat-whore!
Men ride many miles,
Cats tread many tiles4 ,
Both hazard their necks in the fray;
Only cats, when they fall
From a house or a wall,
Keep their feet, mount their tails, and away!
Thomas Flatman

I just cant figure if this is an iambic rhythm and if not, what is it? Can it be described as iambic, even thought there are not ten syllables in each line?

Iambic rhythms are broken into two parts, a short or unstressed syllable, and a long or stressed syllable. This poem seems to have more of a triplet feel. Also, ten syllables is iambic pentameter, so you know this isn't pentameter.

Special needs, specialized design (jsonline)

Deborah and David Legg could see the day when they and their daughter,
Michele, would be in a better place.

After 27 years in their Sussex ranch home, they were eager to move into a much
larger house wholly designed around Michele’s special needs. They had
carefully planned it, using copious notes and experiences garnered from their
daughter’s 28 years of life.

The home’s wide hallways and large rooms would accommodate her
wheelchair. Exterior doors were flush with the grade. The garage was sized for
a van with a wheelchair lift.

“We made the house larger so that Michele’s wheelchair could go
around the kitchen table, go around the snack bar, go into the family
room,” Deborah Legg said. “It was designed where she could be with
us in every room.”

The master suite had two bedrooms separated by a sliding door. A specialized
bathroom featured a large roll-in shower with mounted and handheld shower
heads, plus a customized toilet area. A lift mechanism was planned for
Michele’s bedroom to help move her.

Michele had Rett syndrome, a nervous system disorder that struck before she
was 2 years old. She couldn’t walk or talk, and required constant care.
